REGULAR PRACTICE TIMES 

• 1st - 5th graders:  Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5pm-6pm
• 6th - 8th graders (and advanced 4th & 5th): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5pm - 6:30pm plus Mondays and Wednesdays, 5pm-6pm 

*Advanced 1st-5th welcome at 6-8th grade practice, MUST bring a partner and be able to mentally and physically handle a more intense practice 

*Practice schedule subject to change depending on the number of wrestlers registered after the first practice. This will be discussed on Opening Night on Nov 13th. Please stay tuned in the future in case that changes.
